Tuesday Lunchtime Core and Stretch Class 12pm on Zoom
Our Tuesday lunchtime online workout takes place at 12pm and runs for 45 minutes. This core and stretch class focuses on improving core strength, mobility and flexibility with a strong emphasis on women’s health. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of gender or fitness level.
