At SMASH Mind and Body, we believe that everyone deserves access to both fitness and mental health support. We provide free online fitness classes and in-person workouts in London, along with a dedicated page of follow-along workout videos you can enjoy anytime.
All of our classes and training sessions are LGBTQ+ friendly and designed to offer a safe, welcoming space for our transgender and non-binary community.
We also offer specialist support for pre and postnatal fitness, menopause wellness, and marathon training, helping you move your body safely and confidently at every stage of life.

Free online Classes
SMASH Classes
Our SMASH Classes are 50 minute sessions designed by Sam, Ash, and Sammy to keep your workouts fresh and exciting. Each class is a surprise, so you will not know what is coming until you start. This approach introduces you to different training styles, helping you build strength, improve fitness, and step outside your comfort zone for maximum results.
Core, Strength and Stretch
Experience Core, Strength and Stretch in true SMASH style.
This class combines strength training, conditioning, and flexibility in one powerful session. You will enjoy:
30 minutes of standing strength and conditioning
15 minutes of floorwork mainly focused on your core with some additional strength moves
15 minutes of relaxing, guided stretches

In-Person Classes: London
Spin
Our Spin Class is one of the most fun and energising in-person workouts we offer. Just like every SMASH session, there are no expectations, only a positive mindset and the chance to enjoy how your body moves on a bike. Get ready to sweat, smile, and build strength and endurance.
Classes are held twice a month on Thursday evenings in central London.
SMASHcamp
Imagine Bootcamp, but kinder and paired with an incredible soundtrack. SMASHcamp is Sam and Ash’s unique blend of functional, strength, and endurance training, designed to challenge your body while keeping the energy high and the atmosphere fun.
This 75 minute class is sweaty, supportive, and welcoming for everyone where nobody gets left behind.
In-Person Classes: Hertfordshire
Sam currently runs a range of fitness classes on behalf of four local gyms, and non-members are very welcome to join. These sessions include spin, cardio, conditioning, and stretch classes designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

Each class is taught with the signature SMASH ethos, focusing on enjoying movement, building confidence, and celebrating everything your body can do.
Personal Training & Coaching
Co-founders Sam and Ash are experienced personal trainers and qualified life coaches who bring their own unique strengths to every session. Together, they combine physical training with mindful coaching to help you feel stronger, move better, and build lasting confidence.
Sam is certified in The Biomechanics Method, helping clients improve mobility and move with less pain. She is also qualified to support pre and postnatal clients and those experiencing menopause, offering safe, effective and compassionate guidance through every stage of life. We offer personal training and coaching both online and in person, and can also create custom written training plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
Just like our group classes, our personal training sessions focus on what your body and mind can achieve. Every session and training plan is personalised to your needs, blending fitness and mindfulness in the true SMASH way.

When you train with us in any capacity, your safety is always our top priority. On our FAQs page, you will find useful tips for joining our online fitness classes and staying injury free.

In addition, you can explore our collection of follow-along workouts, most of which were created during the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic and remain perfect for training at home.

We are proud to have a collection of our SMASH workouts featured on the My Possible Self app. You can download it for free and work out with us anytime and anywhere, bringing the SMASH energy straight to your home.
We are also delighted to partner with NAM to create Positive Fitness. This workout series was designed to support people living with HIV, but it is suitable for every body and every fitness level.
