Thursday Night Online SMASH Workout 6.15pm on Zoom

Our Thursday night SMASH class is another chance to join our popular online workout at 6.15pm on Zoom. This 50 minute session follows the same surprise format as Monday evening, with rotating coaches, varied training styles and motivating playlists.

These live online fitness classes are designed to keep your training consistent and enjoyable. By mixing strength, cardio and functional movements, each workout helps improve fitness while keeping things fun and challenging.

Suitable for all levels, this online workout allows you to move at your own pace in the comfort of your own home. If you have any concerns about starting an online fitness class, our team is always available to help. Every session is free to join.
