SMASH Online! Tuesday Evening Core, Strength and Stretch (60 Minutes)

Our Tuesday evening SMASH class is happening on ZOOM at 6:15pm!

This class is spit into three distinct sections, starting with a 30 minute standing workout focusing on strength and conditioning. Use weights, resistance bands, tin cans or bodyweight only! This is followed by 15 minutes of floorwork focusing on core and glutes and finishes with 15 minutes of gentle stretches. Stay for the full hour or stay for your favourite section(s)!

Our fun workouts are suitable for all levels but we understand that joining something new can create some anxiety. You can reach out to us if you need some reassurance or advice on any health conditions.

Every class is FREE so there is nothing stopping you from joining us!
