Monday Evening Online SMASH Workout 6.15pm on Zoom
Join our Monday evening SMASH workout live on Zoom at 6.15pm. This high energy 50 minute online fitness class is designed to build strength, improve fitness and keep your workouts exciting. Each session is created by Sam, Ash or Sammy and the format and playlist change weekly, so every class feels fresh and motivating.
Our online SMASH workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you are new to exercise or already training regularly, you will be guided through a full body workout that challenges you while allowing you to work at your own pace. Training variety helps build a strong, balanced body and keeps you engaged both physically and mentally.
If joining an online class feels a little daunting, we are always happy to offer reassurance or advice around injuries or health conditions. All of our live online workouts are completely free, making it easy to stay active from home.
