Our Bespoke Workshops (page under construction)

We work with companies and individuals to provide a way of strengthening mental health in a group setting. Whether in person or online, we aim to create a safe space without judgement, pressure or expectation from us! Every workshop is different and we love the energy that you bring to the table!

We usually offer a choice of:

*30-45 minute fitness workouts online, suitable for all levels and no equipment needed. We believe in movement for mental health and really emphasise this through the session.

*30 minute Self Care online - 20 minutes of stretching and a 10 minute meditation.

*Well-being Workshops online (or in-person in the office). These are 45 minutes long and delivered in a fun, relaxed and easy to understand way where we will offer top tips on how to strengthen mental health in relation to the topic covered. Some of our past sessions include
