When you join a SMASH class we want you to stay as safe as possible. Over the next few weeks we will be bringing you technique points and tips for various moves you may find in our class!
As with all exercise programs, we ask that you listen to your body. To reduce and avoid injury, ensure you only do moves that you feel confident to do correctly, and amend any moves that do not work for you.
