Welcome to Ware Wellbeing with Sam and Loren!

We are so excited to launch our first joint event in July 2024: A 1/2 day wellbeing experience in a cosy studio located in Ware, Hertfordshire, to include an aspect of fitness, mindfulness and community!

Our first session will focus on the theme of “unleashing your inner superhero” throughout the day there will be both physical and mental activities with the focus on fun in a safe environment with other awesome people!
The running order for the day is as follows (subject to changes):
Welcome and introduction to the day and to each other
Fun fitness session with Sam followed by playful yoga with Loren
Mindful meditation
Communal lunch
Wellbeing workshop with guided activities based on the theme of "be your own superhero"
Sharing circle
Closing meditation and time for reflections
Please note that the movement section of the day will be suitable for Every Body and the focus is always on the joy of moving the body in a way that works for you. Within the workshop section of the day, again we will only ask you to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.
We suggest that you bring a change of top and a blanket to get comfy for the meditation aspect of the day. We have access to the whole building which has toilet facilities as well as drinking water.
We will be taking a break for a communal lunch in which we would request that each person brings a dish. There is no pressure to cook or to bring a vast amount of food, and we will be providing some nibbles and fruit. (If in doubt, know that we are located opposite a big Tesco!)

I love the outdoors in general and the woods specifically. I’m happiest in my muddy boots walking the dog.

I have been a fitness trainer since 2015 and am committed to helping people become the best version of themselves!
I am one half of SMASH Mind and Body who offer free online workouts, corporate mental health workshops and provide support to various charities with training plans for marathons and other fitness challenges.
Individually I am also a qualified personal trainer and life coach. My focus is always on mental health first, encouraging you to love yourself.. in body AND mind!
