It's March and for the SMASH London team it's always been the month in which the next chapter of SMASH truly begins - ideas are flowing and excitement is rising! With new management there will always be changes but we are ready to adapt, change and continue to give you guys the best SMASH experience that we can 🏼

We announced our upcoming SMASH Discovery and SMASHcamp dates on our instagram page last week, and places are starting to fill up...

16th March SMASH Discovery

23rd March SMASHcamp

13th April SMASH Discovery 

20th April SMASHcamp

All dates start from 9am and finish at 10.30am. Each session is £10, or if you pay £20 you can attend three sessions any time in the next year. SMASH Discovery works the body and mind with our 45 minute workout, 10 minute meditation and 30 minute well-being workshop. SMASHcamp is an amazing 80 minute, bootcamp style workshop designed to work you harder than ever before - with no comparison to anyone else! This class is suitable for all levels and you'll be surprised at just how much you are capable of 🏼 BOOK NOW!

This month we will also be introducing some fun events to raise some money for World Animal Protection as Ash is running his first ever marathon - the London Marathon next month! Please donate whatever you can  Every penny goes towards helping animals who are suffering all over the world and Ash will really appreciate the support as he runs through each of those 26 miles on Sunday 28th April

We are so excited to be entering the next stage with you guys! The law of impermanence means that change is inevitable, things have to end to make way for the new... and we know that some amazing things are just around the corner!
