Menopause Support is a calm, welcoming space for women navigating perimenopause and menopause to learn, share and feel supported. Each week we explore a different focus, from understanding what is happening in your body to gentle movement, breathing and building confidence during this transition.

This page is a place to revisit the presentation slides from each session, find simple take home practices, and learn more about the classes and support available to you, both in the gym and beyond.

There is no pressure to do everything or know everything. Take what feels helpful, leave the rest, and return whenever you need.

Fitness Classes

Sam currently teach a range of group fitness classes at four local Hertfordshire gyms, open to members and non-members. My sessions include spin, cardio, conditioning, and stretch classes designed to build strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

Classes take place at:
Wodson Park Leisure and Sports Centre, Ware
Hartham Leisure Centre, Hertford
John Warner Sports Centre, Hoddesdon
Laura Trott Leisure Centre, Cheshunt

Each class follows the SMASH Mind and Body ethos of enjoying movement, building confidence, and celebrating what your body can do.

I also co-run the SMASH online classes with varied sessions to help you move, strengthen, and reset from home.
