As with our SMASH Mind and Body classes, our personal training and programmes are focused on training your body to help improve mental fitness. We will work together to have fun, enjoy what your body can do and get sweaty in the process.
One of the SMASH team will lead you through a 30-45 minute online one-to-one personal training session. Via Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp Video with Sam or Ash, depending on availability we can make use of whatever equipment you may have to hand and build strength in body and mind.
Our written plans give you 8/12 tailored programmes (designed to be used over 4 weeks) plus a 15-minute mental health call (via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or telephone call).
