Hi everyone 

As you are probably aware, we have had to completely change our business model to be able to allow SMASH London to continue our mission to strengthen physical and mental health. These exceptional times have pushed us to bring forward a part of our blueprint we had set for later this year - one-to-one online personal training.

Here are our current options as to how we can help you feel stronger, healthier and happier in body and mind -

Online Training Plans (no contract and designed to be spread out over 4 weeks)

These workouts are great if you aren't sure what to train or how to use some of the equipment you have. They are also good for those of you who like to train by yourself, in your own time,

£60 for 8 workouts - Tailored to you and sent twice per week for you to complete in your own time. You will also receive a 15-minute video call with us to discuss any aspect of your training plan, physical and/or mental health.

£80 for 12 workouts - Tailored to you and sent three times per week for you to complete in your own time. You will also receive a 15-minute video call with us each week to discuss any aspect of your training plan, physical and/or mental health.

One-to-One video Personal Training

£25 for 30 minutes or £35 for 45 minutes. Each session will be structured by us and observed by us throughout. We will initially ask you to send us information of equipment available and a short video (if you don't mind) of your workout space so we can ensure that you have a great workout from the moment the video session starts. These sessions are particularly great if you want to check technique and form, and also want extra motivation to ensure you have the best workout you can deliver that day. There is no minimum or maximum amount of sessions you must purchase, so they are ideal if you are just looking for one or two to get started, or more if you want that extra instruction and encouragement.

All of the options above will help you make the most of your home workouts and we promise to keep you feeling motivated, happy and strong. A workout with us, is not just a workout - let us inspire you!
