We are very thankful and grateful that we have the chance to take this little break, spending time with our colleagues outside of work and meeting new people brought together by this occasion.

We have been talking about gratitude since the launch of SMASH and have asked you to try to practise this on a daily basis. How have you been finding this?
Happy Pride!
On this special day when London celebrates Pride, it reminds me of the fact I have been incredibly lucky since 'coming out' when I was 17.

Mindfulness by Sam
I was initially introduced to mindful thinking and meditation back in 2000 when i was studying to be a holistic therapist. I had been suffering with depression and had dropped out of my first college and decided that a qualification where I could help people would be the one for me.
*SMASH* Happy 1st July
Try and think of 3 things and, if possible, write them down. Make them real. If you have more than three then just keep on writing them down - this is your list! This may help you to make some decisions as to how you can continue to be (or become) more successful and happy in July.

Mindfulness by Ash
Since the launch of SMASH last Friday we have focused on gratitude and this is something we will do until the end of the 4th week. Both of us will always try to inform you of our own personal reasons when touching on these subjects so that you may begin to get to know us more but also understand why we are so passionate about the 'body and mind' twist we have on the SMASH format.

We hope you all had a great Saturday? Sam did a park run with some clients in the morning and then enviously watched Glastonbury online (but also with a lot of gratitude that she has experienced it for real a few times!)

Firstly, thank you so much for attending our first ever SMASH class yesterday! We hope you enjoyed it and like the idea of the concept - a mash up of all your favourite classes and exercises with a little focus on improving mental health too.
